ABOUT us
The Latvian Network for the Dances of Universal Peace was founded by Vitalija Hayat and Yelena Swarana in Riga in October 2007. Our goal and aim are to develop and to support DUP in Latvia and to travel on the path together in a caravan of friends.
We organize regular activities of Dances of Universal Peace in Latvia in several cities like Riga, Carnikava, Ogre, Liepāja and Ventspils on request, inviting local and international leaders of the Dances of Universal Peace. Join us - we are happy to Dance with you! We are travelling within Latvia and abroad with the Dances, happy to share them in your place.
Closely connected with Estonian Dance circle in tallinn and Polish dancing friends in Gdansk city!

- Yelena swaranaMentor-in-trainingYelena encountered the Dances in 2006. Since then, she has been compelled to serve as an organizer for Dancing Heart camps and events. Her passion lies in traveling and sharing the Dances in various locations, including the Baltics, Poland, the UK, New Zealand, Turkey, and Israel and Sri Lanka. In collaboration with Vasudeva from Russia, they initiated the first Indian annual camp.
Yelena works as a freelance architect and web designer. - Victoria ValkyrieCertified Dance leaderVictoria started dancing Dances of Universal Peace in 2007, since 2010 she has been leading them in Latvia. Many years later she was the organizer / dance leader in Dancing Heart camp, as well as dance training course supported by European Erasmus project.
Exploring different cultures Victoria has traveled to America, Colombia, Czech, England, France, India and Israel, lived in Latvia, Russia and Czech and Hong Kong. - Bronislava Voroneckaleader-in-trainingBronislava has met the Dances in the big European Erasmus camp in Latvia in 2022. She been leading Dances of Universal Peace since 2023. Besides, of Latvia, she has led DUP in Estonia, Finlad, Poland and was invited as a musucian to the Sacred Arts camp in UK. Bronislava is a professinal musician and the music teacher, shares her passion for music in our DUP circles and sharing drumming, voice and other music related workshops.
